Aroma IPTV terms of service

Last updated 22 September 2026

1. Who these terms are between

They are between you and the operator of Aroma IPTV, and they govern any subscription ordered on aroma.iptv.ad. Completing checkout is what accepts them. If any clause below does not suit you, the moment to stop is before the payment rather than after the line has been built.

2. What a subscription actually is

You are buying a line on a server for a fixed number of months, not software and not a device. A line is a host, a username and a password, carrying an expiry date and a set of channel groups attached to it. Delivery is Xtream Codes, which most players also expose as an M3U link; there is no portal route and no MAC-registered box on this service. Any player that reads those three fields can use the line, and choosing one is entirely yours.

3. Screens playing at the same time

The number of simultaneous streams is the number you selected at checkout. That ceiling is enforced where the streams are served, not by anything installed on your hardware, so going past it normally looks like a player that simply never starts, with no message explaining why. Devices themselves are not registered or counted: the same credentials may be typed into as many players as you like, provided no more than your permitted number are playing at once.

4. Activation, and what to do if it stalls

Activation runs automatically when the payment gateway reports your payment as settled. It is normally a matter of minutes, and it is deliberately not described anywhere on this site as instant, because a payment your bank holds for verification will produce nothing until that hold clears. Credentials are shown on the order status page and sent to the address entered at checkout, which it is your responsibility to type correctly. If fifteen minutes pass with neither appearing, send your order number to support rather than ordering again.

5. Household use only

A subscription is for private viewing by your own household. Reselling it, publishing the credentials, or redistributing or rebroadcasting any stream from it is outside these terms, and a line used that way may be stopped without a refund. Sharing credentials informally with people outside your household falls under the same clause even where the connection limit is never exceeded.

6. What we do not promise

We carry channels; we do not make them. A source may rename, regroup, interrupt or drop any channel of its own accord, and a feed that behaved at breakfast can fall apart by nightfall. Taken on its own, none of that counts as a failure of the subscription and none of it creates a right to a refund. Report it anyway: when a source goes down it goes down for every line on it, which is what gets it looked at quickly.

7. What is yours to sort out

A device capable of decoding the streams and a connection that holds up during the evening are on your side of the line. Wi-Fi congestion, an underpowered box, a player set to the wrong timezone and an internet service that throttles streaming traffic are not faults in the subscription. Support will help you work out which of those it is, and the troubleshooting guides on this site exist for exactly that purpose.

8. Paying

Plan prices are quoted in US dollars and taken by our payment provider, which may charge your card in another currency at its own rate; your bank statement may therefore show a figure that is not the dollar one. Card details are entered on the provider’s own page and are never held on this site. Every plan is a single payment for the months stated. Nothing on this site takes a recurring payment, and no subscription renews itself.

9. Suspension and chargebacks

Three things put a line at risk of being stopped: a breach of what is written above, an order that proves to be fraudulent, and a chargeback raised against a subscription that was delivered without anyone here being contacted first. Writing to us is almost always quicker than a chargeback, and it leaves the line running while the question is answered.

10. Changes to these terms

Revisions happen, and the date printed above moves with them. Whichever version stood on this page at the minute an order was placed is the one that order is held to; nothing published afterwards is applied backwards to it.

11. Contact

Anything you want clarified before ordering can go through the contact form or the WhatsApp line published on it, and anything about a line that already exists is quicker with the order number attached.
