Aroma IPTV: the answers, before you have to ask

Everything on this page came out of a real message somebody sent this brand. If the question you arrived with is not here, the contact routes at the bottom are the two that reach us.

Everything people ask

How do I activate my Aroma IPTV account?

Nothing on your side has to be done at all. Once the gateway confirms the money has settled, the Aroma activation bot logs in, builds the line, applies the months and files the result under your ARMA- order number - a few minutes of work rather than an instant switch. You end up with three values, a host plus a username and password, shown on the order status page and mailed to you at about the same moment. Fifteen minutes later with neither in hand, look in spam, confirm the address given at checkout, then send that order number over WhatsApp instead of starting a second order.

What do the plans cost, and does a longer one carry more channels?

Seven lengths are sold: one month at $10.00, three at $20.00, six at $30.00, twelve at $40.00, fifteen at $50.00 and twenty-four at $70.00, plus a VIP twelve-month plan at $55.00. Length is the only thing that changes the channel list in one direction: the VIP plan adds the extra 4K content and every other plan carries exactly the same groups as every other. Fifteen months works out at $3.33 a month, the same rate as twelve, so it is three extra months at the standard price rather than a discount - useful for moving an expiry date off an awkward part of the year.

Are there free Aroma IPTV codes, or a free trial?

No, and it is worth saying plainly because that search is mostly bait. Nothing here is given away, there is no trial line and no code that unlocks one; the one-month plan at ten dollars is the short way in and exists for exactly that reason. Anything advertising free credentials under this name is either harvesting card details or reselling a line that will stop the week after you configure it. If somebody has sold you credentials that are not on an order in your account, we cannot support them and we cannot renew them.

Can the television and a phone both be playing at once?

Only if you bought the screens to do it. Each stream that is actually playing occupies one of the connections on the line and the count is held on the server rather than in the app, so going over it tends to produce no message at all - just a device that sits there and never starts. Set the number before paying, counting the real evening peak including anything left running in an empty room, because a box that nobody is watching still holds its connection open.

How do I renew without losing the login I have already typed in?

A renewal moves exactly one field: the expiry date sitting on the line your devices are already pointed at. Host, username and password are left alone, so no television, phone or tablet in the house has to be opened up again. Use the renewal page with those existing details rather than checking out afresh; a second ARMA- order has the activation bot build a whole separate line with its own credentials while the first one carries on counting down. Do it several days early, because months added to a line that has not yet run out are a single adjustment, whereas a line that lapsed a fortnight ago has to be revived first and that does not always succeed.

Which Arabic and international groups are actually in the line-up?

The Arabic side is built out by country rather than lumped together: Saudi, Emirati, Kuwaiti and Qatari networks in the Gulf block, Lebanese, Syrian and Jordanian channels in the Levantine one, Iraqi channels kept as their own group, Egyptian drama and film, and the Moroccan, Algerian and Tunisian channels in a North African block. International news, sport, film and family groups sit behind those in English and other languages. Households watching from outside the region are a large part of who this is arranged for, which is why the filing is geographic and why the Arabic groups are the ones checked first when a source misbehaves.

Is there a MAG or portal option on this service?

There is not, and that is deliberate rather than an omission. A portal box authenticates by its MAC address, which welds a subscription to one piece of hardware: the box dies and nothing plays until a ticket has been opened and answered. Delivery here is Xtream Codes, occasionally exposed as an M3U link by players that prefer one, so the line moves between devices in the time it takes to retype three fields. If you already own hardware that speaks only portal, it will not work here, and knowing that before a payment is far better than after one.

What is Hot Player, and do I need to buy it?

Hot Player is separate software with its own licence, and on plans of twelve months and longer its activation is included at no extra charge. It is activated against the device identifier shown on its first screen rather than against your username, which is why it needs a message containing that identifier and a person at this end to act on it - the only part of the service that is not automatic. On shorter plans it is not included and it is not necessary: the ordinary credentials work in free players on every platform the setup pages cover.

The channel list loads but nothing opens. What is wrong?

That specific pattern - the catalogue lists, the channels refuse, and it behaves identically on every device including a phone running on mobile data - usually means the server address on your line has stopped answering well from where you are while the account behind it is perfectly healthy. Swapping the host fixes it in about two minutes and changes nothing else: the username, the password and the expiry all stay as they were. Outside that pattern it achieves nothing, so a single dead channel among hundreds is not a reason to change host.

A channel plays on my phone but not on the television. Whose fault is that?

The television or its network, and the test that proved it took you ten seconds. Same credentials, same line: if one device plays and another does not, the line is live and the difference is local. Put the set on a cable rather than its own Wi-Fi radio, which is usually the weakest in the house, and try again before changing anything else. Should the phone fail on the house Wi-Fi too and then play perfectly on mobile data, the television is innocent: what is struggling sits between your router and the wider internet.

Still stuck

What to send so the first reply is the useful one

The order number and the name of the app you are using. Those two together decide the whole answer: an Xtream login refused inside a television’s own player has nothing in common with a playlist that loads on a phone and stalls on a Fire Stick, and without them the first reply is only ever a question back.
