Aroma IPTV refund policy

Why the first answer is a fix, not a form
Most money-back requests that arrive here are not a broken line. They are a player that was handed the server address with the wrong port on the end, an Xtream login typed into a field expecting a playlist URL, or credentials that were still being built when the page was refreshed. Every one of those takes a couple of messages to clear, and none of them is worth losing a subscription over. So send the ARMA- number and the device first: two pages clear the bulk of it - swapping the server host for a catalogue that lists in full and starts nothing, and what the activation bot does after a payment where no credentials have turned up at all. If it genuinely cannot be made to work, you will be told that plainly rather than kept in a loop.
The window
Seven days from the order. Inside that window, a subscription that cannot be made to work for a reason on this side is refunded in full, once there has been a real attempt to fix it. The window is counted from the order rather than from first use, because a line begins running the moment it is built whether or not anyone signs in to it.
What a refund does not cover
Four situations, and they are worth reading before ordering rather than after. A connection, router or device at your end that cannot sustain the stream is not a fault in the line. A specific channel that turns out not to be carried is only grounds for a refund if you asked about that channel before paying - ask first and the answer costs nothing. Credentials that have been shared or resold outside the household put the subscription outside these terms entirely. And a subscription that has already been used for a meaningful part of its term has been delivered, which is what it was sold as.
Raising one
Send it through the contact form, or over the WhatsApp line published on that page, with the order number and a short description of what actually happens on screen. Screenshots help more than adjectives. Decisions are made by a person reading the order and the delivery record rather than by a rule, and anything approved is returned to the card the payment came from, that being the only route the payment provider offers; how long it then takes to show up is your bank’s business rather than ours.
Chargebacks
Message this site first, before the bank hears about it. A chargeback filed with no prior message suspends the line at once, so you lose the service for as long as the dispute lasts, and the money comes back far more slowly than it would have through a message we could have answered the same day.
