Aroma IPTV: swap the server address on your line
When an Aroma IPTV line signs in, prints the whole catalogue and then opens nothing, the account is almost never the problem and neither is your broadband. What has usually happened is that the route between your network and the one server address saved in your player has gone bad, while the line behind it carries on working perfectly for everyone pointed somewhere else. Swapping that one field fixes it, and your username, password and expiry date are not involved.
Six steps, and only one field changes
This is an Xtream Codes service, so there is no portal to re-register and no MAC address to send anybody. The repair is entirely inside the player on the device that is misbehaving, and it is the same sequence whether that player is on a Fire Stick, a Samsung set, an Android box or a phone.
1. Confirm it is the host and not one broken channel
A host swap answers one symptom and nothing else: the player signs in, the catalogue lists in full, and then channels either refuse to start or start and stall within seconds. Crucially it does that on every device in the house, including a phone with Wi-Fi switched off and running on mobile data. If other channels play, or if one device works and another does not, the host is healthy and you are looking at something else entirely.
2. Open the login screen your player already has
Every Xtream player keeps the three fields somewhere you can edit them: usually a settings, accounts or profile screen rather than a fresh sign-in. Open the saved account instead of creating a second one, because a duplicate account leaves the old broken profile sitting in the list and people then wonder which one failed.
3. Read where the server address stops
The server field holds something of the form http://name.example:80 and that is the whole of what changes. Players that keep the line as one long M3U address show it as http://name.example:80/get.php?username=...&password=... instead, and there the host is the piece that begins after the double slash and stops at the colon. Everything from the port onwards was issued with your Aroma IPTV line and is not yours to edit - path, username and password included.
4. Take the next address down the backup list
Your subscription mail carries the backup servers, and the same list is printed further down this page. Work down it in order rather than picking at random, so you know which ones you have tried. Copy one address exactly, with nothing before or after it: a stray space picked up by the copy is far and away the commonest reason an address that is entirely correct comes back refused.
5. Replace the host, save, and change nothing else
Paste the new address over the old one and leave the username and password untouched. They are not tied to a server: the same credentials authenticate on every host in the list, which is the whole reason this repair takes two minutes instead of a support thread. If your player asks you to confirm before saving, confirm - some of them keep the old value until you do.
6. Reload the catalogue, and try the next address if needed
Close the player completely and open it again rather than backing out one screen, because most of them read the account only at startup. The first catalogue fetch after a change is slow, a minute or two on television hardware, and that is not a failure. If channels still refuse after a full reload, come back and repeat this with the next address down. If every host on the list behaves the same way, the problem is the line itself and support needs to see it.

If swapping the host does not fix it
Then the symptom was never the one this page treats, and working further down the list will not help. If channels play but stall repeatedly, or one channel misbehaves while its neighbours are fine, start instead with the three tests that separate a dead channel from a tired connection.
